Get Enough Sleep

•             Increase daytime light exposure. Because your body has a natural time-keeping clock known as your circadian rhythm, it's crucial you increase your bright light exposure during the day to avoid disrupting your circadian rhythm.

•             Reduce blue light exposure in the evening. Blue light is emitted in large amounts from electronic devices, such as smartphones and laptops. If you're unable to avoid using such devices in the evening, consider wearing special glasses or using an app to block harmful blue light.

•             Avoid caffeine late in the day. Caffeine, which stimulates the nervous system, can stay in the body for up to 10 hours. Consuming it late in the day can seriously affect the quality of your sleep.

Have Confidence in How You Look

It's not only facial features that contribute to how a person looks. Clothes and accessories can also play a part in how you feel about yourself. To help you along, look for some clothes that leave you feeling fantastic.
