Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • All classes must be pre-paid. All Sales are Final

  • Cancelations are not accepted via phone, text, or email to the teacher or studio. You must cancel your own classes in our booking software.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes, private and duet sessions. If you do not cancel before the cancellation window you will be charged for your session. For those clients with unlimited packages, you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee to your credit card on file for missing your session. If you are a no-show for the class you will be charged an additional $5 no-show fee. For those with a number of classes a month or class packs, you will lose the booked session. If you no show you will charged an additional $5 no-show fee.

  • Emergency absences including those for illness will be considered individually only in cases where you have late canceled online, no exceptions for No-Shows will be granted at Absolute Pilates. You may request not to be charged for the late canceled session in writing within 1 day (best if done before the session) if you feel such action is warranted at info@absolutepilates.co. The Absolute Pilates Team will decide to honor your request on a case-by-case basis and will respond to you in writing within 7 days.

  • It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as a power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing class and no discount or charges will apply.

  • The cancellation policy gives us time to inform our waitlist clients of any availability, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Absolute Pilates policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Waitlist Policy

  • Clients on the waitlist are moved into class as spaces open up. Up to the set lower limit of clients in a class (5-9 depending on the studio and teacher), the system moves people in automatically. If there is room for more people we move people in by hand as soon as we notice an opening. When you are moved into class the system sends an automated message to the email you provided and a push notice to your phone if you have them turned on for the app. If you opt out of receiving emails in our booking software, you will NOT receive these notices. Movement from waitlists is in chronological order based on how long you have been on the list.

  • We assume that if you are on the list you still want to attend, so if your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist. Also, there is a possibility that you will be moved into a morning class after the last time you check your e-mail the day before. Should you be unable to make it to class under those circumstances, or if you know you need more than 2 hours before class for most classes (8 hours before classes occurring before 8am), please remove yourself from the waitlist the last time you check your e-mail to see if you got in, this includes the last time you check before bed, please.

  • Fast fingers notification at 2 hours before class for most classes (8 hours before classes occurring before 8 am). If someone cancels last minute you will have the option to select the spot and the first client still on the waitlist to opt in first gets it. This way you are not automatically added to the class and you do not need to message us to cancel. 

Credit Card Fees and ACH

  • Absolute Pilates covers the cost of ACH transaction fees. We pass the costs of credit card processing fees on to the customer.

Autopay Monthly Memberships

  • The ACH information or credit card on file will be charged on the same day of each month for the length of the contract. This is the date of purchase.

  • Cancellations for month-to-month memberships must be in writing 30 days before the next billing. Cancellations with renewals within 30 days may result in additional billings.

  • 12 Month Membership Unlimited memberships may be put on hold for up to 2 times annually for 2 weeks to 3 months within the contract term, effectively extending the contract term.

  • After the initial contract term, memberships renew for another term until canceled in writing 30 days before a renewal.

Rollover credits for a number of classes a month memberships

You have to use at a minimum your rollover credits in the next month. Let's look at an example:

4 Classes a month membership option

October 4 classes used

November 2 classes used

December 6 classes to book, 2 classes used (you lose nothing)

January 8 classes to book, 2 classes used (you lose 2 classes)

February 8 classes to book 

Prepaid Class Packs and Paid In Full Memberships

  • No holds or extensions will be provided.

  • Prepaid classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • All Sales are Final

Snow Policy

  • We have a snow policy if the roads are actually bad you will not be charged for a late cancellation. Please wait until close to class time to see how the conditions are doing. It would be best if you let the studio know you are not coming. We may have arranged for another instructor to cover sessions and we like to keep them safe too!
