What is TrueMed?

TrueMed is a payment tool that allows reimbursement for health and wellness businesses to accept HSA/FSA funds. They partner with studios, like Absolute Pilates, to facilitate the reimbursement of HSA/FSA funds toward qualified health and wellness purchases.

Speaking of that, we are the FIRST local studio to partner with TrueMed and open the gates for tax-free HSA and FSA funds to be used towards Pilates. This is a big deal and we know you’ll enjoy having a savings on a Pilates sessions.

How It Works

The steps to using your HSA and FSA funds towards your Pilates sessions is easy. Here’s a step-by-step guide to walk you through the processes.

Get started in three steps:

  1. Take a brief evaluation survey from Truemed that will be reviewed by a licensed practitioner for $30. 

  2. If eligible, Truemed's licensed practitioners will issue you a Letter of Medical Necessity (good for 12 months).

  3. Truemed will send you instructions to obtain reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrators.
