Week 10 Wrap Up

Tomorrow marks 10 weeks of being COVID-closed, but guess what we are not closed completely!  We are offering outdoor classes… Hello, YELLOW!  Your health and well-being, as well as the health and well-being of our teachers, is our top priority and has guided our decision we’ve made during this difficult time, including our preparation to safely re-open our studio doors. It is going to evolve over time and be fluid. We are going to keep the Livestream classes going well into our reopening.  If you have any questions around the studio reopening please email the studio at Info@AbsolutePilates.com. We are directing all customer service needs there versus text message. Going forward text messages to the studio or teachers should only have to do with immediate class needs otherwise email info@absolutepilates.com and we will respond in a timely manner after we have finished classes for the day. No membership holds, cancelations, or other requests will be processed through our phone, voicemail, or text message. These requests need to be written to info@absolutepilates.com. 

We have updated our waiver as we return to some gatherings of clients again all be it outside. You will need to accept the COVID terms prior to booking your next class even it is a virtual class. One more housekeeping task out of the way.  

 

For those of you not joining us in our virtual studio (you should) here is a blast of Pilates for you to do at home in just 10 min. This one is for all the busy people who need a quick break from all the zoom meetings. 

Announcing Barre Teacher Training  6/27 – 6/28 with Allison and Lauren. Register now as we will be rolling out virtual assignments over the coming weeks. Email Allison to learn about the options to do a distance Apparatus Teacher Training Starting in June. Only 4 spots. 

Virtual Small-Group Training continues we will be keeping this service in place till we do not have a need so this will be into the green phase.

“Break-Fast” Bowl

We love this recipe because it’s simple, quick, AND great to break your fast with on low-carb days! High in protein and high in healthy fats? Yes please! Not to mention, this recipe is extremely customizable and you can use whatever meats or veggies you have on hand. You know we love our bowl recipes.

Ingredients:

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • Green onion, chopped (save green tops for garnish)
  • 2 eggs, whole
  • Optional: Bacon or ham, cooked and cut into small pieces

For Garnish:

  • Avocado, cut into cubes tossed in fresh lime juice
  • Grape tomatoes, cut into halves
  • Green onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
