Absolute Pilates offers an effective total body workout focused on low-impact fun classes with outstanding results.  Movements that lift and tone muscles to improve strength, agility and flexibility for every body. Our techniques are made up of a thoughtful series of small, controlled movements that isolate and target specific muscle groups – abs, arms, thighs, and seat.

What a fantastic class today I really concentrated on the leg movements we did on the barre. The movements with bent knee were different. I was able to concentrate on the muscles targeted since the movements were small.  Today we did a flowing exercise doing mat work from a sitting, bent-knee position to a lean back, curve back and curl up to the starting position. By using our @home platform to take classes, you understand you are voluntarily participating in workouts that present an inherent risk and you acknowledge and agree to assume any and all risks of bodily injury,  death, disability, or property damage, whether those risks are known or unknown to you. Participating in these @home classes means you waive, release, hold harmless, and promise not to file suit against Absolute Pilates and Wellness Center, A3 Wellness, The Studio by Absolute Pilates, Absolute Pilates East, and its related entities, teachers, officers, agents, contractors, volunteers, and representatives (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all actions, claims, or demands that you, your assigns, heirs, guardians, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future for injury, death, disability or property damage related to (i) your participation in these activities, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly or indirectly connected to these activities, and however caused by any Releasees,  whether or not you are then participating in these activities. You understand that, as a participant, you can and should stop at any point during exercise if you are experiencing any discomfort. You acknowledge that it is necessary to notify your physician of your participation in any exercise program, particularly if you are receiving ongoing care for a health condition. You agree to adhere to any and all recommendations of the physician with regard to the choice and intensity of exercise you perform.
