We have an online class schedule with Wellness Living for all of our classes and private sessions. If this is your first experience with Pilates we recommend booking a Private Pilates Appointment. We recommend starting with an Introductory Package of Privates. One sessions is not enough time full experience the power of Pilates. If you have previous Pilates equipment classes experience feel free to start with a beginner class until a teacher tells you it is ok to sign up for the next level. Remember to get our group class introductory package of 6 classes for $100.
